Refund and Returns:

  • Refund Policy: We only accept returns or refunds on items that are faulty.
  • Return Shipping: Returns are at the cost of the buyer. We recommend using a signed-for delivery method for secure return.
  • Refund Rejection: Refunds will be automatically rejected if the items have tags removed, have been washed, are scented, marked, stretched, or damaged. Items not returned in original packaging or damaged due to poor packaging will also be rejected.
